Estate Planning and Probate

My parents, as retirement investment brokers, raised me to think about retirement and end of life planning from an early age. I have taken that upbringing to heart and am deeply passionate about ensuring that my clients are able to make a smooth legal transition for themselves and their loved ones when they plan for their estates and end of life needs. I am experienced in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and other documents to ensure your end of life needs are taken care of.

I can help draft the below documents and I practice in the following areas:

  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Power of Attorney
  • Health Care Directives
  • Probate Set Up and Administration
  • Estate Planning
  • Prenuptial Agreements
  • Community Property Agreements

While it is always a good idea for you and your loved ones to have a valid will in place, sometimes that does not always happen. Whether your estate has a will or not, I am experienced in setting up probate cases so that your executor or personal representative can administer the estate correctly. You might be confused about what you have to do when you are appointed as an executor or personal representative. Don’t worry. I am adept at the fiduciary duties of an estate executor or personal representative, as well as a trustee or any agent with a Power of Attorney. But, knowing that grieving and administering an estate are not always a good mix, I can also work with the executor or personal representative to administer the estate on your behalf.
